Who We Are...
Voices Of Recovery-Arizona was created to educate the public about the process of recovering from a drug, alcohol or emotional dependency, destigmatize addiction and promote the reality that “recovery works”.

The Voices Of Recovery Speaker’s Bureau is comprised of people involved with recovery who are available to share their personal stories, struggles and triumphs in their quest to become sober, and to underscore a message of hope and inspiration to individuals and families suffering from addiction.

That every addiction stems from what is most correctly defined as “Emotional Illiteracy” is the core belief of the Voices Of Recovery Speaker’s Bureau and the group operates from the underlying belief that an educated, well informed community and people in recovery can take action to cultivate win-win solutions. Education is the key to the solutions that include, but are not limited to prevention and safety efforts in our community, advocating for more opportunities and resources for people living a recovery lifestyle and developing positive relationships that foster community healing. We are committed to reducing the negative impact of illicit drugs at all community levels through legal, legislative, grassroots, personal action and active partnerships.
